Services

For teams and parents

For us the tournament is the whole weekend, not just the games. Hotels, lunches, transport and extra ice are handled so you can focus on hockey.

Partner hotels

Together with the city we have hotels next to the arena and in central Chomutov. For registered teams accommodation through the organisers is mandatory — we arrange the booking for the team and parents.

Meals at the arena

Snacks and drinks in the dressing rooms on both days, lunches at CZK 500 per person served right at the arena. Team dinners are arranged at a restaurant 350 m away.

Extra ice time

A practice hour the day before the tournament from 15:30 for CZK 4,800 / €200, including a dressing room with drinks, fruit and pucks.

Transport & parking

Parking for buses and cars at the arena or at the hotels. We help with transfers from Prague and Dresden and can arrange a team bus.

Biggest fan club contest

The loudest and most creative fan club is awarded at the closing ceremony. Parents take this seriously.

Programme for parents

Two refreshment stands, a fan zone and a live stream from every game. There is somewhere to sit and something to do between games.

FAQ

Frequently asked

How many games will we play?

Six. Two groups in a Swiss system, with three randomly drawn opponents per team in the group. The final system is sent once the number of teams is confirmed.

When is the entry fee due and what if we withdraw?

Registration closes on 10 January 2027 and payment is due by 31 January 2027. A deposit invoice follows registration, the tax document follows payment. You can cancel until 28 February 2027 — after that the entry fee is non-refundable.

Do we arrange accommodation ourselves?

No — for registered teams accommodation through the organisers is mandatory, as part of the city support. We have hotels next to the arena and in the centre; prices are above. Booking follows registration.

How and when do we order lunches?

The order form is sent about three and a half months before the tournament. Lunches cost CZK 500 per person for both days and are served at the arena. Please report allergies in advance.

When do we get the schedule?

In February 2027. The draw of groups and games is streamed live, and the schedule is then published on this site too.

Can we bring extra players and parents?

Absolutely. Accreditation is issued only to rostered players and the coaching staff. Parents and fans have a fan zone and refreshments in the arena. The minimum roster is 13 + 1.

How do we get there from abroad?

The nearest airports are Prague (75 min) and Dresden (90 min). We advise on transfers and can help arrange a team bus. Parking is at the arena or at the hotels.

Can an individual player register?

Yes. Call +420 792 758 849 and we will place the player with a team that is short of numbers.

A question we have not answered?

Call the head organiser. Most things get sorted in a single phone call.
